Ping Tour-W Wedges Review
The Ping Tour-W Wedge is designed with all levels of golfers in mind. It has a compact tear-drop shaped head with milled grooves, and a small cavity with a tungsten toe weight inserted inside. These features allow for more forgiveness, low center of gravity, proper head rotation, and excellent spin control. This Ping Tour Wedge is versatile and priced well—only $110.
There are two shaft material options for this Ping Wedge. There is the steel shaft, which is heavier and firmer, and the graphite shaft, which is lighter and more flexible. There are 5 different flexibility options for the Ping wedge's steel shaft: soft to extra stiff. The Ping wedge's graphite shaft has 3 different flexibility options. And, all of these options have different torques and weights. When using the Ping Tour Wedge, players get the control they need over their ball flights.
And, the options on the Ping Tour-W Wedge do not stop there. The dizzying array of loft/bounce combinations is simply mind blowing. If you are looking for a brushed silver chrome finish then you have 9 different loft/bounce combinations, and if you are still deciding between the brushed silver and the black nickel chrome finish then you have 7 loft/bounce combinations.
